Nicole D. Eady, Operations Manager
Nicole D. Eady is a Human Resources Generalist that provides HR consultant services for small to mid-
size businesses. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from University of North Carolina
at Charlotte and Master of Science Administration degree in Organizational Development from Trinity
University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. She enjoys watching
movies, the arts, and traveling. She also likes to spend time with friends and family and does charitable
work for an array of organizations and there causes.

Courtney Aldridge, Director of Academic Programs
Courtney Aldridge is a 6th grade teacher with Prince George’s County Public Schools.  She earned a
Bachelor’s Degree in English Writing from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and a Master’s Degree
in Educational Administration from Trinity University in Washington, DC.  She is dedicated to giving back
to today’s youth.  Courtney enjoys reading, writing and of course, shopping.  She also enjoys coaching
basketball, cheerleading and doing arts and crafts.  Currently, she is completing a teaching certification
program at Trinity University in Washington DC.

Charlene Matthews-Stewart, Fundraising & Community Outreach Coordinator
Charlene Matthews-Stewart is a graduate from Bowie State University with a B.S in Pedology/ Child
Studies.  Charlene is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  She is currently
working on obtaining her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland Baltimore.  Charlene has a
passion to work with and empower families and children.  She has previous experience working for
Prince George’s County Public Schools as a Group Activity Assistant.  She also interned with CASA for
Children and Prince George’s County Department of Social Services.  Charlene is currently interning with
Family Connections located in Baltimore City, helping at risks families and children. Charlene ultimate
goal is to help improve the social and psychological functioning of children and their families and to
maximize the family well-being and academic functioning of children.

Amifa "Memi" Mohammed, Teen Coordinator
Amifa Mohammed is currently working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at University of Maryland
University College.  She has previously volunteered at a neighborhood community center working with
young children in an after school program. Through her volunteer experience Amifa was inspired to make
a difference in her community and in the lives of those around her.  Amifa is looking forward to a fruitful
career working with young woman and she’s excited for every opportunity to follow her dreams through
volunteering.  She is a committed member of her church’s Youth Ministry.  In her free time Amifa enjoys
helping others, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, reading and learning new
things.

Dawn Estelle-Richardson, Career Development Coordinator
E. Dawn Estelle-Richardson was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved from California to Maryland
in June of 2008. She has an extensive background in the field of Human Resources to include the areas
of performance management, recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits
administration, and mentoring. She is currently employed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist
where she operates as a Consultant to small to mid-sized businesses. She received her Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Sociology from Rutgers University located in New Brunswick, NJ. She also obtained her
Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification in 2005 and is a National Member of the Society of
Human Resources Management. She has plans to further her education by pursing her Master of Arts
Degree in Counseling and the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. She enjoys
traveling and has visited many cities with in the United States as well as Puerto Rico, the Hawaiian
Islands, Canada, Spain, Morocco, and the Caribbean Islands. When Dawn is not traveling, she is trying
new and exciting things or enjoying a host of other hobbies like dancing, shopping, reading, watching
movies, listening to a wide variety of music, volunteer work, and spending time with family and friends.
