"The gifts the world has
bestowed upon us are also the
gifts we will bestow upon the
world.  Those gifts are our
greatest blessing.  They are our
reason for being.  They provide
the joys of a plentiful harvest."

"War with Thoughts"

My mind is like a revolving door
I can't even control it anymore
Thoughts come in and out as they
please
Sometimes I find myself crying on
my knees
As I sit here battling these thoughts
Thoughts that I've fought and fought
Inside my head there's a war
One side saying Stand, Stand for
what's right
The other says you'll lose this fight
My mind is going through such a
battle
Inside there's a big rattle
The war appears to be dying down
As I just sit here and frown
Just as I thought I was gonna have
victory
Here come more thoughts bigger
and stronger than me
What should I do?
Should I cry out to God to set me
free?
Or should I depend on only me?
Trust me, depending on me will
get me nowhere
But crying out to God, will relieve
me of despair
I now realize how to win this war
I have to call and trust in God more
and more
Cause I know now he's the only
one to help me win this WAR!!!
